They provide a SaaS platform which enables customers to complete compliant and risk free on-boarding of customers to combat financial crime and to comply with AML regulations around knowing your customers.
THE CHALLENGE
Following successful YoY growth after $30m funding from Marlin Equity Partners, they business leadership needed a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) after the existing CEO made the decision to step down, this being a succession plan hire.
