Trusted by 1,000+ top financial institutions, government agencies, and enterprises, Socure is the only graph-defined identity verification platform that utilises every element of identity—delivering the most accurate fraud detection and identity verification in real time.
Their founder, Johnny Ayers, recently won EY’s Entrepreneur of the year award Engage has been working with Socure from when they were an early-stage start up.
The Challenge
1. To source a high performing VP of Sales that could help scale up the sales business at Socure and help them achieve their business goals.
2. To source the best possible talent for a large scale up in the US, across multiple functions including sales, account management.
The Solution
In addition to being retained on the VP search, Engage PSG Search successfully proposed a retained volume project giving Socure economies of scale in return for retaining us on a block of hiring.
We assigned a dedicated team with Kevin Cruickshank, Engage PSG Search’s CEO as sponsor and Tom Rope, Director & Partner for Engage in the US, overseeing the delivery team and managing the success of the project.
The Outcome
Successful completion of the VP search within timescales and appointment of the new VP.
1) We placed over thirty people across the sales, account management and solutions consulting roles.
2) Engage was subsequently retained on an additional block of roles following the successful completion of the initial assignments.
