The Challenge

IDnow want to lead the way in regulatory Standards and be at the forefront of product development which ties in with the standards and regulations eIDAS and EU digital wallet. As a forward-thinking business and always looking to be ahead of the curve they identified a need for a Solutions Architect (Standardisation leader) reporting into the Co-Founder/Chief Technical Officer.

This leader would provide standardisation expertise to the entire organisation and support with the latest requirements on standards and regulations, eIDAS and technical specifications for the EU digital wallet.

We conducted a thorough briefing session with key stake holders of the business. Understanding the unique skillset required for this specialist hire.  We conducted a full marketing identification, validation, headhunting and referencing process across Europe to find the right person.
