Engage PSG were mandated by the CEO of Ukash to attract a senior leadership candidate to drive the sales effort across the globe and we embarked upon an exclusive project to find the right person and the project was handled by a senior consultant working in a team with our Managing Director.
We took a full brief from the CEO, carefully screening out people that had already been engaged by Ukash previously so as not to hunt in the same ground.
We mapped the payments market extensively and identified over 100 potential options and then reduced that down to a short list of only 4 candidates.
We thoroughly interviewed the short list before presenting them to the CEO prior to his final selection of the successful candidate.
We successfully completed the assignment placing Chief Commercial Officer.
Subsequently we have gone on to work with the Ukash Management team on several key hires including placing The Head of E-Commerce, the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, the Head of Money Transfer and the Head of Strategic Partnerships.
