How we came to be respected search experts
Over 30 years ago Kevin Cruickshank took a step into the offices of Dun & Bradstreet, and it was there the very foundations of Engage PSG Search were laid. A natural salesman with a penchant for data, Kevin quickly rose through the ranks, curating a network that would serve him and his clients for decades to come.
In 1998, Engage PSG Search was founded as part of the Compello Staffing Group. A giant in the staffing industry with a key stake in the Aviation, Infrastructure, Engineering, Energy, Banking, Finance, Business Consulting, E-commerce, Information Technology, Professional Services, and Healthcare markets, with a turnover of £65m with 200+ staff in offices around the globe.
Today, we have offices in Sydney, Los Angeles and London, enabling a global reach in our search for the best talent. Our expert consultants have a deep understanding of their respective industries, allowing us to behave as true brand ambassadors and trusted advisors for our clients and candidates. Whilst our in-house research team help map and plan the market to ensure the best candidates for our clients.
