We were tasked with recruiting for into the, Head Of Fun Management, Global Multi Asset Solutions - for his number 2 in the business, the role: Multi Asset Senior Portfolio Manager. This had to be delivered in an incredibly short time frame, with no existing relationship, to a stakeholder who wanted the best on the market, working against internal recommended candidates in a market that I was new to.
We offered a “White glove” recruitment service to build a relationship quickly and prove we have the capabilities to fulfil the brief in the time frames arranged. This was done by making myself available to the client 24/7, constant face to face interaction, working in partnership to filter shortlists to correct candidates. We achieved this by understanding the client brief, market mapping competitors, head hunting and extensive sourcing through multiple channels.
Role successfully filled within an 8 week period, in what became the blueprint for our delivery method to Santander asset management moving forward, we have worked on 8 exclusive roles with sam filling all roles and become a trusted recruitment partner to the Santander asset management team in London. This has opened up other areas within Santander asset management and currently working on other live and exclusive roles.
