Our roots trace back more than 30 years, when our CEO, Kevin Cruickshank, first stepped into the world of data and risk at Dun & Bradstreet. It was there that his expertise in business identity, compliance, and financial services began, foundations that still shape the way Engage operates today.
After leading the Banking and Financial Services organisation at one of the world’s foremost KYB businesses, Kevin launched Engage PSG, combining a data-led mindset with the principles of high-touch executive search.
Since then, the firm has evolved from a UK-based search business into a global specialist with teams in London, Los Angeles, and Sydney. Our consultants bring together decades of collective experience across Digital Identity, Risk, Fraud, and Compliance — disciplines that continue to define modern trust and security.
