Socure is a US-based digital identity verification and fraud prevention platform serving financial institutions, government agencies and enterprise organisations.

Backed by private equity and venture investment, Socure has grown into one of the most prominent players in digital identity, achieving a valuation of approximately $4.5 billion during its growth journey.

When Engage began working with Socure, the business was in an earlier stage of scale, with strong product-market fit and ambition to become the category leader in identity verification and fraud detection.

The goal was clear: build the commercial capability required to support hypergrowth.


The Challenge

Socure’s leadership team needed to accelerate revenue growth across the US while maintaining quality, domain credibility and operational rigour.

Following the success of the leadership hires, Socure retained Engage on a structured team build project across the US.
