Bas is Vice President of Engage PSG’s Asia Pacific business, based in Australia, where he leads the firm’s regional growth and client delivery. He works closely with both the London and APAC teams to provide a seamless, round-the-clock recruitment service, supporting clients across banking, healthcare, and commercial functions. This global model enables faster delivery and consistent support across multiple time zones.

With over 17 years’ recruitment experience across both agency and in-house environments, Bas brings a well-rounded perspective to building teams within complex and fast-moving markets. His experience spans the UK and Asia Pacific regions, giving him strong insight into regional nuances and talent dynamics.
