His focus is on delivering a consistently high-quality service, ensuring both clients and candidates experience a structured, thoughtful, and outcome-driven approach.

Kevin’s early career was in data, insight, and telecommunications, including roles at Dun & Bradstreet and Cable & Wireless, where he led large sales teams and consistently delivered against ambitious growth targets. This commercial background continues to shape his approach to recruitment, placing a strong emphasis on process, standards, and long-term value.
