Tim Moore

Tim joined Engage PSG in 2021 and specialises in the Risk Solutions space, working alongside Aaron Noakes. He focuses on identifying and placing high-performing Sales, Marketing, and Product talent from senior through to leadership level, supporting clients operating in complex, regulated markets.

Since joining, Tim has worked across a range of mandates within financial crime, compliance, and wider risk technology, developing a strong understanding of both the market and the talent required to succeed within it. Early exposure to the sector, including attending global fintech events such as Money 20/20, has further shaped his perspective.

At Engage PSG, Tim is part of a collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues to deliver the best outcomes for both clients and candidates.
