Business Development Representative

Are you a motivated and commercially driven Business Development professional looking for a new role in a fast-paced, high-growth company?

We’ve partnered with an international SaaS business to help scale its commercial team in London and are looking for a Business Development Representative to join the company and play a key role in driving pipeline and supporting revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and working closely with Sales and Marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound prospecting
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels to engage and qualify prospective clients
  • Build a strong understanding of the company’s product offering, value proposition, and target market
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute effective go-to-market strategies
  • Book and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity within the CRM system
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and campaign performance
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to continuously improve outreach effectiveness

Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (ideally within SaaS)
  • Proven ability to work towards and achieve targets or quotas
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity
  • Exposure to hospitality, events, or related industries is beneficial but not essential

Additional Information

  • Hybrid working model (London-based office)
  • Initial onboarding may include international travel
  • Ongoing opportunities for development within a growing commercial team
