A fast-growing SaaS business is looking to hire its first dedicated Demand Generation Specialist to take ownership of how pipeline is built and scaled.
With strong early traction and investment in place, the business is now focused on creating a more structured, repeatable approach to marketing, moving from ad hoc activity to a clear, data-led demand generation engine.

The Role
This is a hands-on demand generation role focused on creating awareness, generating interest, and converting that into qualified pipeline. You’ll be working across the full funne, from campaign execution through to lead qualification, while helping to implement the tools, processes, and reporting needed to scale.
You won’t be inheriting a finished marketing function, you’ll be helping to build it.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, content, paid media, social, and events
Build and manage lead nurturing workflows to move prospects through the funnel
Support the implementation of lead scoring models and qualification criteria
Drive performance across key funnel stages (MQL - SQL - Demo - Opportunity - Close)
Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data
Implement and manage core marketing tools (e.g. CRM, automation, enrichment platforms)
Work closely with founders to develop content and messaging that resonates with the target market
Support the planning and execution of in-person events to generate demand
Collaborate with Sales to ensure effective handover and conversion of leads
Coordinate with external partners/agencies to launch and refine campaigns
Conduct market and audience research to inform go-to-market strategy

You’ll be:
Naturally curious and motivated to learn quickly
Comfortable working with data and using it to inform decisions
A strong communicator, both written and verbal
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams
Interested in how marketing drives commercial outcomes
You may also bring:
1–2 years’ experience in marketing, demand generation, or a related role
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot)
Exposure to B2B marketing and sales funnels
Experience supporting events or account-based marketing campaigns

Growth in marketing qualified and sales qualified leads
Increased demo bookings and pipeline generation
Clear visibility across funnel performance
Contribution to revenue through marketing-influenced deals
