Engage PSG is partnered with a global business operating at the centre of payments, merchant risk, and digital commerce.
They’re looking for a senior sales leader who is still close enough to the deal to add real value but ready to take on broader responsibility for team performance, regional growth, and building a more scalable enterprise sales function.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving new business revenue across EMEA, leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives while remaining actively involved in strategic deals.
This is a hands-on leadership role, supporting your team through complex sales cycles, helping navigate large enterprise accounts, and ensuring consistent execution against regional targets. You’ll also play a key part in refining sales processes, improving performance, and building a structure that can scale.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives
Own and deliver against regional new business revenue targets
Support complex, high-value sales cycles and strategic account development
Help the team navigate and expand within multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts
Work with leadership to build a repeatable and scalable sales process
Identify blockers to performance and remove them to enable success
Drive pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline
Continuously improve processes, efficiency, and productivity across the team
What They’re Looking For
8+ years’ experience in enterprise sales within payments, merchant risk, or digital commerce
5+ years leading enterprise sales teams across EMEA
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota as both an individual contributor and leader
Experience building and scaling teams, including hiring and development
Strong consultative sales approach, comfortable in complex and technical environments
Experience selling into senior stakeholders (C-suite / VP level)
Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate complex solutions clearly
Background in merchant onboarding, monitoring, or risk is highly relevant
Comfortable working with data, forecasting, and sales tooling (e.g. Salesforce)
Additional European languages are a plus
