Enterprise Account Executive

Engage PSG is partnering with a fast-scaling, international SaaS business that is redefining how organisations access and utilise customer insight.

With a growing global footprint and an impressive client base spanning enterprise and high-growth brands, the business is investing in its UK commercial team and is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition.

This is a high-impact role, suited to someone who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and is motivated by building relationships, solving business challenges, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise customers. You will work across the full sales cycle, partnering closely with internal teams to position a sophisticated SaaS solution that enables organisations to better understand their customers and make more informed decisions.

You will be expected to navigate complex buying processes, engage multiple stakeholders, and build trusted relationships at both operational and leadership levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver against new business revenue targets within the UK market
  • Proactively identify and engage enterprise prospects through targeted outbound activity
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from pipeline generation through to close and early-stage account development
  • Lead consultative sales conversations, understanding client challenges and aligning solutions accordingly
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments across large, complex organisations
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a cohesive go-to-market approach
  • Represent the business at industry events and build a strong external network

Experience Required

  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, with experience closing net-new business
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate business challenges into compelling solutions
  • Experience building long-term, value-led client relationships
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. Challenger, MEDDICC, or similar)
  • Confident in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM usage
