A growing RegTech business is looking for a German-speaking Enterprise Account Executive to take ownership of strategic accounts across the DACH region. You’ll be working with major banks and financial institutions, leading complex deals and positioning solutions that sit at the core of compliance and risk management.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for developing and closing enterprise opportunities across a defined set of high-value accounts. The focus is on strategic engagement, building relationships at senior level, understanding complex regulatory challenges, and guiding deals through from initial conversation to contract.
You’ll also play a key role in expanding existing relationships, working closely with internal teams to drive long-term account growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and engage senior stakeholders across Tier 1 financial institutions and payment providers
Develop and execute strategic account plans using market insight and data
Build long-term relationships with C-suite, compliance, and risk leaders
Generate and nurture enterprise opportunities through targeted outreach and industry engagement
Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through to negotiation and close
Tailor presentations and proposals to meet the needs of large, global organisations
Maintain a structured, data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
Manage deal tracking and reporting within CRM systems
Navigate procurement, legal, and compliance processes within enterprise environments
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Represent the business at industry events and conferences
Act as a trusted advisor on financial crime, fraud prevention, and compliance challenges
What They’re Looking For
7+ years’ experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a strong track record of closing complex deals
Experience selling into Tier 1 financial institutions or large banking environments
Strong understanding of RegTech, AML, fraud prevention, or related areas
Fluent German and English (essential)
Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Strong consultative selling and account management skills
Excellent negotiation and executive communication capabilities
Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecasting
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
Willingness to travel as required
