Head of Client Partnerships - US

Engage PSG is supporting a global technology and engineering services business as they build out their client partnerships capability across the US.

With strong delivery foundations and an established client base, the focus is now on how the business drives long-term value, deepens strategic relationships, and creates a more structured approach to account growth. This hire will play a central role in defining that.

This is not a role for someone maintaining accounts, it’s for someone who has built and scaled client partnership functions before and understands how to turn relationships into measurable commercial outcomes.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will take ownership of both the strategy and execution of client partnerships across the US.

That means building and leading a team, but also setting the standards, how accounts are managed, how growth is identified, and how value is delivered consistently across a diverse client base.

You’ll:

  • Build and lead a team of client partners, setting the tone for performance, accountability, and client impact

  • Define and implement a scalable framework for managing and growing client portfolios

  • Personally own and develop a number of high-value, strategic accounts

  • Establish best practice across account planning, QBRs, and expansion strategy

  • Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Talent, and Marketing to align around client growth

  • Use data to monitor account health, identify risks, and unlock new opportunities

  • Act as the voice of the client internally, feeding insight back into how services evolve


What They’re Looking For

This role requires someone who is as comfortable operating at board level with clients as they are building internal structure and process.

You'll have:

  • A background in software services, consulting, or technology delivery environments

  • Experience leading client partnerships, account management, or customer success teams

  • A track record of managing and growing large, complex client portfolios

  • Experience building frameworks and processes, not just inheriting them

  • Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to identify and drive growth within accounts

  • A data-led approach to decision making, using metrics to guide strategy and performance

Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who thrives in environments where things aren’t fully built yet, where you can bring clarity, structure, and direction.
