Head of Revenue Operations

A high-growth B2B business is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to bring structure across marketing, sales, and customer success, connecting the data, processes, and systems that sit behind revenue.

You’ll be working closely with leadership, helping them understand where growth is coming from, where it’s slowing down, and what needs to change.


The Role

You’ll take ownership of how revenue operations work end-to-end. That means everything from how leads are managed and converted, through to pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll be responsible for making sure the commercial teams are aligned, the data is reliable, and the business has a clear view of performance.

It’s a role that sits across functions, so you’ll need to be comfortable working with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and evolve the overall revenue operations strategy

  • Design and improve processes across lead management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting

  • Manage and optimise CRM and revenue tooling (e.g. HubSpot, Gong)

  • Define and track KPIs across the full revenue funnel

  • Partner with Finance and leadership on planning, reporting, and forecasting

  • Improve data quality and ensure reporting accuracy across teams

  • Identify gaps in process and support enablement where needed

  • Work cross-functionally to deliver strategic projects and support growth initiatives


What They’re Looking For

  • 10+ years’ experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar roles

  • Experience building and scaling RevOps functions in high-growth B2B environments

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear actions

  • Experience working with CRM and revenue tools (particularly HubSpot and Gong)

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across commercial and operational teams

  • Strategic mindset, with a practical, hands-on approach

  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
