Have you been working on implementations where you’re the one making things land with the client The one translating what’s been sold into something that works in the real world, configuring systems, solving issues as they come up, and getting clients to a point where they can use the product properly?

What You’ll Be Doing
Working directly with clients
Run discovery sessions to understand business processes, requirements, and risk considerations
Translate client needs into practical solution setups
Act as a key point of contact throughout the implementation phase
Configuration & deployment
Configure and tailor AML and fraud solutions to match client requirements
Lead integrations into existing systems and workflows
Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure everything performs as expected
Driving the implementation process
Plan and manage projects from kickoff through to go-live
Keep timelines, scope, and stakeholders aligned
Own documentation and provide clear progress updates
Training & enablement
Deliver training sessions to ensure client teams are confident using the platform
Build out supporting materials to make onboarding smoother and repeatable
Provide hands-on support during early-stage usage
Working internally
Partner with Customer Success to ensure a clean handover and long-term success
Feed client insights back into Product and Engineering teams
Contribute to improving how implementations are delivered over time
What They’re Looking For
4+ years in implementation, solution consulting, solution architecture, or similar client-facing roles
Experience working with banking or financial services clients
Strong ability to understand both technical setups and business requirements
Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once
Clear communicator—able to explain complex concepts simply
Organised, structured, and able to keep projects moving forward
Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems)
Experience with AML, fraud, or compliance solutions is a strong advantage
