Senior Product Marketing Manager

Engage PSG is partnered with a high-growth technology business operating within the financial crime and compliance space.

They are looking to hire a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of how their products are positioned, communicated, and brought to market. This is a role that sits right between Product, Sales, and Marketing, shaping the narrative, supporting revenue, and ensuring the value of the platform is clearly understood by customers.


The Role

You’ll be responsible for defining product positioning and messaging, leading go-to-market strategies, and enabling Sales teams to communicate value effectively. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Product to understand the roadmap, and with Sales to ensure messaging lands commercially in the market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and feature releases

  • Define target segments, positioning, and messaging to differentiate in the market

  • Create high-quality product content including sales decks, product sheets, website content, and case studies

  • Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Build and run integrated campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and adoption

  • Develop sales enablement tools to support effective product positioning

  • Work closely with Sales to gather feedback and refine messaging

  • Engage with customers, partners, and industry analysts to inform strategy

  • Build customer advocacy programmes and develop success stories

  • Track and report on key metrics related to product adoption and marketing performance


Experience Required

  • 7+ years’ experience in B2B product marketing within technology, ideally in financial services

  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving adoption

  • Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messaging

  • Experience working closely with Product and Sales in a commercial environment

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills

  • Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience working with industry analysts and market insights

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent English required; German is a plus
