Engage PSG www.engagepsg.com would like to develop its Sales Practice and we are looking for an experienced Sales recruiter to take control of the existing and very well established Sales Practice.
The CEO of Engage PSG, was a Sales Leader at Dun and Bradstreet and Cable and Wireless, running high performing teams at both organisations and he is trained as a coach of some of the leading sales training methodologies, such as Miller Heiman, Target Account Selling, SPIN and Challenger.
You will report directly to Kevin.
Sales recruitment is a passion for our business and we have great clients, good recruiters but we have an opportunity to develop the unit and expand it to achieve our goal of being the Sales recruiter of choice in the UK and to also develop our international sales recruitment presence.
We already have mature team and are particularly strong in Media, Business Information and Consumer Insight and Cyber Security (Identity Verification) in addition to financial services, Technology and Digital.
We would like to expand this practice and we are looking highly experienced Sales Recruiter to set and implement the strategy for Engage to build the practice into a major part of the organisation.
You will either have extensive experience and a proven track record in building a Sales Practice or be a team leader within Sales Recruitment.
You may be a high performing sales recruiter looking for step up and the opportunity to be a team leader with a path to Associate Director and really put your own stamp and identity on a business.
You will be hard working and ambitious and ready to work with an equally ambitious leadership team to help grow and develop our business which is backed by the hugely successful Compello Staffing Group.
Salary will depend on the experience of the individual and the return that person feels they can ring to the business and there may be an opportunity for an equity stake after a qualifying performance period.
As a guide, we would expect to pay in the region of 35-50k base (as a guide only and dependent on what return you can deliver) with a significant on target commission and bonus scheme.
We would pay more for an existing Associate Director or Practice Leader level person.
Either way, this will suit someone who has the ambition and drive to succeed and be rewarded for their hard work, the role will be hands on and you will be expected to originate business, deliver and drive a team to do the same.
